Nourish Coaching was born on 2 January 2008.
A thought out idea on my own New Year’s resolution list!

The idea was conceived after having built a successful 10-year career in executive level recruitment, across the UK and Australia. I found myself repeatedly being asked for advice and guidance to help people shift up or down a gear. I have enjoyed working with a range of professionals, associations and groups, as well as speaking at a number of networking events.

After much procrastination and a chronic obsessive-compulsive disorder in personal development (sound familiar?) I have taken the first step towards building your empire.

I am passionate about personal growth – both professionally and personally. I am gifted with being able to connect with a huge amount of people.
