we set inspiring goals
that you will work on over a 6 or 12 session period.
Every
session we will set up a framework
to guide you through the hows, wheres, whys and whats of each
area you wish to work on, ultimately creating actions for you
to try before the next session. This can be achieved face-to-face
or over the telephone.
Throughout
the sessions we will discover insights
and have moments of reflection
to acknowledge and embrace change.
When
we complete on your original goals you will feel enriched
and have new focus and energy in the area you have chosen, a sense
of achievement and ultimately
feel nourished.
